At least some of the appropriate and intelligent swedish posters should step up and reassure these trolling swedes. It is just causing wounds to your reputation as well-behaving factual hockey fans. Can't wait for the home champs!

Great news!

I still think the americans will win this though, hopefully they'll prove me wrong.

You are propably also one of those people who can't take anything with a sense of humour. Congratulations for your win, but keep it appropriate.

Well swedes are taught that the worst thing you can do to a finn is ignore him, so we're just trying to comfort you xD

Well that depends on the person. I won't mind some of you ignoring me ;-) Applies to some Finns here as well and a few of them actually are already on my ignore list. However, the majority of both Finnish and Swedish fans are civil and also gracious both in defeat and victory - which is what should be expected of every grown up person.

Well, the tourney only exists since 1999, so it´s not so shocking. 3 silvers and 3 bronze medals though. Also I guess you did win the European U18 championship which was played before the U18 WC sometime?

It's either overhype or overpessimism.

Have to say I've been seriously disappointed with Juuso Ikonen's performances in this tournament. Lucky for him it's not his draft year. I'm willing to put most if though on fatigue, played a lot of playoff games with Blues.
