Bouillon would consider an offer from Montreal

Anyone else would like him back?

http://www.cyberpresse.ca/sports/hoc...ffre-du-ch.php

UFA at the end of the season. ''I'm from Montreal and I played there for a long time, so of course the idea of going back is something I'd think about''. ''If the Habs called, I'd listen for sure, I'll never say no''.

He's polite? He's sincere?

Well as of now, we have Markov-Emelin-Subban-Gorges as a top 4. Then you have to think that they'll be unable to move Kaberle and won't send him down. I believe Weber won't start the year but he's still in the mix with Diaz obviously. I don't see any of youngsters making it. So #6-#7 could be between Weber-Diaz-St-Denis and him. Though the best thing would be to acquire one or 2 bigger defensive guys that would made all of those guys not useful....and I'd add Kaberle in that non-useful list.

So he might not be out of the question. Not exactly who I'm aiming for...but not a bad choice for #6-#7.

Absolutely. Works hard, plays feisty and is a good team guy.

He's been very good in the POs, it's definitely worth considering. Good guy.

I was always a fan. He was a rather incredible mix of a lack of size but pure physicality and heart. I would have a hard time saying no to something like that as a bottom pairing defenseman, especially since he wouldn't be too pricey.

Pretty good defenseman, but again, even when he occasionally screwed up, he was out there doing everything he could.

I think our biggest need would be to add a big right handed guy who can clear the front of the net, and play with Markov. Looking through the UFA list though, there are almost none that fit that criteria, and I'm not sure which of the left handers can play on the right side.

Gorges - Subban
Markov - UFA/Trade
Emelin - Diaz
Aaron Rome and St. Denis can fight for the 7th spot.

Kaberle goes on maternity leave.

Still amazed how well he can tank players being so small. However, I think at his age we probably would benefit more from giving his icetime to Emelin, Diaz, and St.Denis.

Could have used him since the last 3-4 seasons...

I like Bouillon a lot but it's kind of too little, too late. He's not getting younger.

On the other end, I would like the habs to trade for Robidas, a RH d-man who would complement very well Markov.

I'd rather Hal Gill if we're going to take players off the scrap pile.

He's too old I want the team to try signing younger/bigger guy. We need a top 4 anyway IMO.

Allen, Stuart, Sarich, Jackman, Garrison, O'Brien, Carkner, Stoner are better signing.

Not saying I didn't like Bouillon he was a real warrior and a effective player.

Though I think that right now we have a total of three NHL caliber dmen, including Markov, so signing a few others might not be a bad idea.

Not what's needed. I think he'd be a regular on our lineup, but the difference is so marginal, I don't see the point of adding another contract on the blueline that doesn't play big minutes.

We need to add stay at home d-man with size. Poor fit.

Sign him for one year, letting our young players develop a year, and hope that Emelin/Tinordi will be able to replace him in 2013/2014

I would love a guy like Stoner or Garrison or Carkner to be signed. If that is not going to happen, then bring up Tinordi to play with Markov and watch Markov help the kid develop the way Komisarek was before he got pounded into a useless chicken by Lucic. The only reason Komisarek was seen as so great was mostly due to Markov, so let him work his magic with Tinordi IF we can not get one of the guys I listed.

Unfortunately, while I loved Bouillon as a Habs player, I think we have to move on and not tie up a roster spot with him. Too bad, to, he is a warrior on the ice and would bring great character to pass along to the young guys.

I doubt Habs will hire him BUT... I'd rather have St-Denis or Diaz as my 7th d-man for the time being.

We don't know yet how Markov gonna recover really for next Camp. So habs have to keep Kaberle anyway just in case.

Markov - Gorges

Bouillon - Subban

Kaberle - Emelin

St-Denis- Diaz

Campoli is gone anyway. Weber could be used in a trade.

As everyone else I would prefer a big stud on D on the bottom pairing or someone to play with Markov.
