Go Caps!
Yeah I'm not too sure about poking the bear either but it's symbolic of what that particular game was about.

Could be as soon as this offseason, but I'm guessing he'll get at least one more chance and the assistants will be the ones to go (you don't want either one of them, believe me).

Pretty much. Its not something to sit there for 10 minutes for and re-read information that basically everyone already knows.

The Pens have Malkin camped in front of the net. Why not do the same with OV and get him off the point where he seems to do nothing of consequence accept turn pucks over.

Wet you saw last game we did take 8 off point duties on PP1. While I won't mind to see him in front, we have players to do that already. Brouwer Laich Knuble. But when Ovi is not scoring on point duty, try him anywhere else.

I am still surprised we scored on the late PP. Only because right before that, Semin was standing in center ice before the goal. Literally not moving. I have never seen that before.

malkin is not that good in front of the net. ovechkin is not exactly tim kerr there either. its a matter of managing your available skill sets. the caps have few players that can shoot and shoot one timers that can score beyond a certain distance. they have better players infront of the net.

put ov in front of the net and players like laich, knuble and brouwer that are btter at it than ov are not there and a player not as good as ov from 30ft out are at the point. its pretty simple.

after your reported beverage intake for the game, i would have thought you would have realized by now that semin was moving. it was you that was standing still.

I did do a double... take. Before I could sort it out, we scored. Adding to my amazement was the announcer saying Semin scored. How the hell did he do that, then they said it was Brouwer.
