Eh, I thought about saying something...not worth it to start a flame war with someone who cant even see the obvious truth about Zids in this series.

Love how some Devils fans put the whole blame on Yeo for "what he did to Zids".

Not saying he doesn't deserve some but entirely? Nope.

While the Devils fans are nutty as all get out, I don't think we can definitely say anything associated with the Wild is a positive right now.

I'm also completely not surprised at all every other Devils poster is just making fun of the Wild rather than having a discussion.

I'm sorry but saying Zidlicky is far from being awful defensively is blatant homerism..

I wonder if the safer, more defensive style most teams play in the playoffs is actually beneficial to Zidlicky (in that they aren't usually as aggressive).

Also, saying he's the next Scott Niedermayer/Brian Rafalski with the Devils is...

Nevermind.

I just don't get how you can say he's above average defensively when just last night he was responsible for 4 goals in the 1st period, 2 of which were by the Flyers.
He's been good offensively but my god he's still at best 'meh' defensively.

Rooting so bad for him to make a huge mistake or just start sucking again so the Devil's fans can shut the hell up.

I picture the Devils' playoffs ending up a lot like Boston's...with the former MN Wild defenseman laying on the ground covered in snow while the goalie is digging the puck out of the back of the net.

When it comes to Mark Idiocy... I don't care if he's perfect as long as he is no where near the Wild.

Did anyone else notice that Foster was on NHL tonight yesterday/ today?

(sorry Avder)

He was giving Zidlicky a lot of credit for New Jersey's success.

Foster is doing what Brunette did on NHL Network in the last few years when he was with the Wild.

I always like going to the team boards after a suspension gets handed out to one of their players to read the responses. Most responses are predictable, some are surprising, but the arguments are always funny.

To me it didnt look like he was aiming so much at the head as opposed to just aiming behind him, where he couldnt see.

Giroux was mad at the missed call on Brodeur who played the puck out of his zone.
