First one from rebound and 2nd goal was somekind of breakaway goal between 2 defenders when he was down but it was kind of fluke goal. Artturi Lehkonen was awarded as best player of that game. He didn't do anything special. Excellent vision, excellent goal scoring instincts and very good compete level. He wasn't amazing i guess he was good. That game was boring. He outplayed Teuvo Teräväinen who was invisible and had an bad game. Expected more. I can say same about Pulkkinen. Henritius was good. Lehkonen seems to be always in the right time in right place when he scores.

Well, i just did check it out. Jokerit is missing key-players such as Eaves, Ruutu, Hardt and Hahl (really important players in key situations aka PK and PP) So yes, they were playing against 'junior team'

Well KalPa was missing their best player (Salminen) and captain (Kapanen) so that is not a reason. Lehkonen was on first line and he played against Jokerit's first line so it doesn't matter at all if there was 5-6 juniors in 3rd/4th line.

Yep! Lehkonen was playing better than Filppula, Moses etc. I wonder what happened to Filppula anyway. He's not as exciting player to watch anymore for some reason.

Can those 3rd and 4th line juniors with no experience shut down opposing teams power play? That's right, no they can't. Also if i remember correctly last year Jokerit power play 1 unit was Eaves, Hardt and Filppula(now they are missing 2 key players from PP1 so, go figure it out if you can do it). You clearly have no idea about hockey.

Best line was for the 4th line Lamberg-Henritius-Salminen for team jokerit. First line sucked, 2nd line sucked, 3rd line was ok but the 4th line worked alot and had few nice pressure in the offensive zone. It's safe to say that the junior aged players were the best one along with 3rd. There was not any players in that game who stood out not even Lehkonen. He was good but didn't dominate. He was the best player of that game and it tells everything about that game.

Look at the defense above all. I won't even mention Manelius....

By all accounts, his stats that season and his own comments, he developed as a player there.

Lehkonen is awesome player, great stick-handling and as good game-eye. Plays Kalpa and Artturi has made 3+5 this years first 6 games and is the best pointscorer now from Kalpa. Will be drafted with low number in next draft.

MaStrozyk Artturi Lehkonen took a hard hit in the 1st period of KalPa's game vs. Ässät, didn't return. Early reports suspect a concussion. #NHLDraft

This will just make him more of a steal come draft day since some teams will undoubtedly pass on him because of an injury (concussion no less).

team ässät destroys another finnish hockey prospects just like sami vatanen last spring,
i hope that barkov is not in the lineup in game against ässät we cant take that risk
becouse if he gets injured its too big loss for finlands u20 team.

well at least armia is in save...

Apparently it's a minor concussion, Lehkonen will be away for at least a week.

Hm, where have I heard that before?

Nah, hopefully they are right, never like to see prospects get injured.

Lehkonen has suffered his concussion and he is playing at the moment against JYP Jyväskylä. First period is over and he scored a goal with absolutely amazing wrister to the top corner of JYP's goal.

Edit. Holy smokes. Scored his second goal in the third period. Wrister again.
Edit2. Kalpa wins 1-5. Lehkonen 2+0=2, +2, 7SOG, 9.46TOI. He is now 8gp 5+5=10, +3 in SM-liiga.
