No. He's not a put-the-team-on-his-back type of player. If his team or his line isn't performing in the playoffs, neither is he.

That's not the same thing as saying his style of play isn't conducive to the playoffs.

How hilarious would a Phoenix/Florida Stanley Cup Final be?

Also, this crowd SUCKS. Its a ****ing playoff OT game with possible elimination consequences. Where's the life?

The Valley of the Sun vs. Sunrise. I actually think that would be a good series.

Bettman would be smelling his own farts out of joy.

NBC would probably try to figure out how they could get horse racing on during the telecast.

No offense but that's 9 long years ago!

NHL would **** its pants if that happened. I know it would be good from a hockey perspective, but the womans gymnastics would get the same rating as that on a tuesday night, unfortanately.

Don't know if I totally agree with that. Both markets are known for turning up the enthusiasm when their teams are great. You're talking about the 12th and 16th largest TV markets in the country. I think there would be some pretty good ratings.

Devils act like they just won the cup.

Congrats, Devils, you forced a game 7 against the lowly Panthers. Must be so proud.

Florida's D is trash, Clemmenson kept them in the game as long as he could. This game is is on their Forwards for not keeping the puck in the offensive zone.

3 WCQFs end in 5, one in 6. 3 ECQFs will end in 7, one in 6.

Really? Pretty sure that belongs to one of Giroux or Crosby. They must lack kinetic make-up though, so I can see your point.

I would have been shocked if the Devils lost that one. Shouldn't have even been that close. Florida had absolutely nothing tonight.

Weak goal but Florida's offense has to muster more than 15 freakin' shots.
