Not sure if that was just playing to the crowd or how he actually feels (he said this in an interview during an intermission at an Oil Kings game).

Either player would be a huge addition to the Canes though. I like both a lot.
I agree he would fit in, but I highly doubt we draft two d-men in the first round two years in a row. Especially with Murphy and Dumolin showing incredible promise, and Faulk playing such a strong rookie campaign. IMO it is either Faksa or TT for the Canes.

voted collberg btw.
You're right that it's harder to score in SEL because it is so tactical game compared to FEL. But FEL is more physical and much faster league than SEL. FEL is alot closer to NHL then SEL if we compare the game. Players are quite par with eachother at FEL and SEL there is no big difference maybe on bottom teams there are but otherwise not. But still it's not an excuse, Collberg had mediciore year at J20 aswell. But internationally he have been very good.

Always been a big Collberg fan, but I haven't seen much of TT so I can't judge.

I agree the Canes need bigger help at forward, but I still think the Canes could use another bluechip defensive prospect so drafting a d-man in the first isn't totally out of the question IMO
