Yeah, my luck with names on jerseys tends to be they'll be traded the season after I get it. So I always have to think who's going to stay for awhile. I'd get Dustin Brown, but with all the trade rumours this year, I don't want to spend $100 and have him gone by the draft or whatever.

Quick is who I'll go with. Wish they numbered them fast here, I won't get my jersey back until the middle of May.

Good series guys, your team is the real deal. I knew this was going to be tough. Look back at my posts and I said it that we'd have a tough time with your guys' offense finally waking up. Not to mention dumping johnson(sp.)

I'll be watching your team from now on. Hoping you guys some good luck and finally break the cupless drought.

Kill the blues!

Daniel Sedin: "They [Kings] played clean and honest and the way they played, they deserved to win."

Congrats to the Kings.

I've always liked Quick, always. He was great this series, and will be great for years to come. Kopitar is one of my favorites as well, just a skilled all-around player.

Enjoy the next round, fellas!

Congratulations Kings fans. Your team deserved it. They played the game honest and tough. As a Canuck's fan, I feel some solace knowing that we lost to the better team and don't have to dwell on other factors that have influenced the game.

Classy team L.A.! Classy fans too.

Kudos to the Sedin's on their comments through the series. They stayed classy to the end.

I'm still in absolute shock, one of the great moments as a Kings fan in my life. Definitely something to savor and appreciate...

Until tomorrow, and then it's onto round 2!!! WOW haven't been able to say that in a long time.

And to think it was STOOL with the gwg...

Wow. Now I can see my Blues play here in LA.

Jarret Stoll game winner in OT and handshakes.

Hamhuis grabbing Lewis' stick on the final play of game

Some people say the game is getting dirtier, I've been watching for almost 50 years and it's about the same. The thing that makes me want to hurl is all the diving and acting we see today.

Dustin Brown fake headsnap on Dan Hamhuis hit.

Congrats, Kings. Looking forward to the next round. Lotta mutual respect between our fan bases. One of our fans in the Pre-series talk thread called it "the 1-0 roulette."

over on the main board, a few posters are blaming Schneider for not stopping Stoll's shot... ???? wtf?

No goalie can stop a perfectly placed shot.

Awesome way to end the weekend!!! The Kings got it going and both goalies played great to keep their teams in it.

It will be great to enjoy this for a few days.

I was so nervous watching this game, I thought I was going to be sick. What a great shot by Stoll, I've always wondered when his shootout skills would trickle into his regulation game play.

I gotta give props to Kopitar too, he was a beast tonight even though he didn't get on the board.

A Canucks fan stopping in with congratulations. Of all the teams in the Pacific, I dreaded facing the Kings the most - have some great talent and it's hard to say enough about Quick

Also a Flyers fan so - hoping for the best for Richards (as for Carter, I think you saw how he is with great chances in the playoffs...)

Once I fully absorb this disappointment, I'm thinking I might end up cheering you guys to come out of the West

GREAT PERFORMANCE

I think Nolan plays a little like Malkin! Though not the same skill-level.

King played 12 minutes and had 5 shots on goal!

^^^^ THIS!!

And some teams win series all the time! (every year - or quite often)

How do their fans get any work done during the day?
