meh, Saad looked better than in Game 1 and I think he would be better this game again.

Saad should play.

Hawks will win in regulation, not a close game

Yeah, in a way I do, but I just want the win. I do love to see Phoenix after those OT goals though, lol. The whole organization, players and Smith especially always breaking sticks, pouting, swearing, etc.

As painful as it is for me to say this, good luck tonight! I hope that it goes to 5 OT's!

It's hard to imagine Hawks losing 3 straight at home (and 5 straight over entire season) to the Yotes, but in reality this is probably a toss-up. Phoenix has proven to be a very worthy competitor in this series. They have had to play through some very important injuries just as Hawks have had to deal without Shaw/Hossa.

Awesome work! Go Hawks! Commit to the Indian. So nice again!

Gonna be a great game! Hawks 4 - 1 with an empty net. One goal on PP!

Said it in another thread. I have no prediction tonight. Phoenix has zero fear coming into the United Center and have proven that. You gotta think the Hawks would be due for a home win but Phoenix has a lot to say about that.

With that said, I will say that if the Hawks do win tonight they will win this series.

.
To me, this is the kind of Hawks team that will get us all thinking that, with a domating 5-0 win tonight. Then when we're all pumped and confident, they'll get torched 8-1.

Damn good GDT.

Now let's hope that the team puts as much effort into the first 55 minutes of the game as TC did in making this topic!

I'm to the point where I would rather see Johns, Clendening or Pepin on the backend than Lepisto. He looks like he could have a Campoli moment at any time. Sorry.

Yeah, Lepisto's stock has risen quite a bit, especially last game. He's playing better than Oduya and the one thing I don't like about Lepisto (the turnovers), he still owns Oduya there.

Agreed but Oduya looks more likely to do that. We just don't have the greatest options. You have to pick one and pray.

That Oduya avitar thing was a bad omen from the start. I'm sorry, but I still don't understand all the ridicule me and the two other people or whatever it was took for telling it like it is on the guy. Maybe some people don't see enough other games but they need to stop acting like they know every guy in the league when they clearly do not. Oduya has performed exactly as I expected, some good moments, more bad moments than good. Guess what, he's been doing the same thing for years. The Devils scratched him for a round AFTER they won with him in the 1st round. Oduya fan club, think about that.

The Hawks are 2-0 with Lepisto in the line up. 0-3 with O'Donnell and Olsen.

Yea I was one of the naysayers even though I had only seen him play ~10 times in 2.5 seasons. Got to see him play a lot this year and he's pretty much exactly what I thought he was.

Lately when I've needed a laugh, I think back to the resign Oduya for 4.5M+ posts after like 5 games with the team. Bring back Brian Felsner while you're at it. Scored in his first career game on Roy while with the great Avs teams, that's gotta be worth 3M guaranteed.

Hawks need to let the Coyotes know this is OUR ice and we can't be pushed around here for a 3rd game in a row. Win this one and their confidence will be completely shot for game 7.
