Flyers have won the last three game 7s they played in and two were on the road.

Totally random fact, but it can be done.

One of two things we'll find out tonight:

If the Crapitals win we won't be facing the Rangers next.

If Boston wins then we can't face the Senators next.

Let's go caps! I think they will win this one. Maybe even early.

I also think hey can take out the rags. They are a hot goalie away from never scoring another goal

incredibly defensive boring hockey
If they get the lead maybe. Before that they are flying all over the place. Kind of the worst kind of team for the flyers to play

We'll get Washington, Florida, New Jersey or Ottawa. I think it looks pretty good as for us going to the conference finals. Washington would be my least favourite to get, the other 3 we ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BEAT. And we should beat Washington also, but they've impressed me more than the other three. I don't think Ottawa is playing a 7th game because they've been particularly good, I think it's because the Rangers leading scorer is Brian Boyle. In the regular season you can get the president's trophy on pure offense (Vancouver) or pure defense (Rangers), but in the playoffs you need both offense and defense. And among the teams that are left, Washington fits that bill the most. So I hope no Washington.

I think it's sad that we can't get New York Rangers. Because we would F them up. Seriously. The regular season meant nothing, our team is so much better than that. They have 1 (!) player that would be a lock in our top6, and that's Gaborik. Richards and Callahan wouldn't be locks at all, they could just as well come up behind Giroux/Briere and Jagr/Simmonds

And the Flyers have officially avoided the Rangers for at least 1 more round.

This is REALLY looking eerily similar to the 2008 Phillies run. We all know how that ended...

Caps knocked out Bruins, AND I believe it's impossible for us to play Rags now.

IF Rags win tomorrow, we play either Florida or NJ (whoever wins that series)

IF Rags lose tomorrow, and NJ wins, we play Ottawa
IF Rags lose tomorrow, and Fla wins, we play Washington

So it'll be one of those four (Fla, NJ, Ottawa, Wash)

Watch us get the Caps now.

And everyone who is saying they're "easy" - Holtby is GOOD, and getting hot at the right time. Definitely a team that can put up a fight.

Just hoping its not Wash, the way Holtby is playing reminds me of Cam Ward when Carolina won.

Holtby is ok... he was struggling with control most of this game. March Bryz can easily outplay him.

I certainly wouldn't say caps or any team would be easy... but I feel confident that we could beat them.

Our goalies' performance in the past can beat the current play of a goalie?

How about Bryz's performance last round, might have more credence. Holtby in comparison is more than just ok.

Holtby looked shaky as hell today. I counted at least 5 shots that jumped out of his glove.
And Bergeron should've ended the series a minute into OT.
