They must have. I brought it up a few minutes after we scored and it was about 2,600. Already about 150 gone since then though. I'll be playing the waiting game as I have the first three games.

As I said in the first period, we weren't terrible but it was also a "play not to lose" mentality, it felt like.

You can't get outshot 42-15 and expect to win, even if it occasionally happens sometimes.

Also, even if you couldn't care less about shot totals, our scoring chances were lacking. We were at 10...in OT. The 2 goals we scored were rather weak from Brodeur. We had better chances in the game 4 shutout. Very little offensive pressure tonight.

We might not be the most dominant team in the NHL but to only get 15 shots in 3 periods + OT is garbage. It's like we were waiting for a Game 7 or something. Where was the team from Game 5?

Also, the whole "this team plays better in front of Clemmer" theory can be put to rest now. Hasn't been the case and is usually a comment created from a small sample size. It evens out.

Ah well, Game 7 here we come. Hopefully we can get one more win to extend the magical season.
i was about to post this. the only good thing that has come out of this win and the 4-0 loss is that at least we can finally put that ridiculous notion to rest.

if theo is ready, put him in for game 7. if not, put in clemmer, he played decent.

i think we had a decent game, the play was in our end most of the night but there were very few good chances for the devils. they scored on a weak goal and two of the very rare defensive mistakes we made.

that weiss and versteeg 2 on 1 before kovy's goal was kind of sad. 1st line really needs to get something going.

Luongo said he will waive his no trade clause!

Let's trade Santorelli for him and suit him up game 7!

Just trying to lighten up the mood. Heads up guys, they can do this. Nothing has come easy all year, just like the regular season it came down to the last game. Only fitting this one does too. If the Panthers go deep,.I expect 7 rounders every round.

But Thursday is where it starts, Campbell takes over the game!

I thought our first line has been decent this series. Not amazing but pretty good. Especially when you consider Flash is obviously playing hurt.

We need to get more PPs and the best way we can do that is to play more in their zone. No surprise we didn't have many tonight.

Anyone mention how this is another game with that "3rd" goal?

I wasn't shocked when the Devils scored, but its hitting me now.

After 12 years of no playoff hockey this was fun, excruciating, nerve wracking. Much better than waiting to see the results of the draft lottery.

Hopefully we regroup and take Game 7.

Pretty much.

The only Panther I dislike is Versteeg.

The only Flyer I dislike is Allofthem.

Kind of finding it amusing how now the Devils fans are talking about how fantastic the refs were tonight.

Huh? Most Devils fans thought the refs were miserable tonight. Both Panther's goals came <20 seconds after non-calls.

First 5 games - You so much as touch someone, it's a penalty
Tonight - Almost nothing gets called and it's a free-for-all

That's the problem with refs in "Today's NHL", there's no consistency.

hey guys, been a panther fan from the beginning. i'm up in vero so haven't attended any games this year. 3 1/2 hour drive. i waited until the end of the game so not to jinx the cats. unfortunately overtime loss. i need 1 ticket for game 7. i want to celebrate a victory in person, or at the least give the panthers a standing ovation for the great season they've provided. if anyone has an extra ticket available pllleeeaaassseee pm me.
thanks

Tonight the Panthers lost, Rampage lost, and Sea Dogs lost. Weird.

We had a "the refs suck" chant going, but good. The officiating has been horrendous throughout the league this postseason.

It's amazing we were even in the game with only 1 PP and no PP goals. Considering we're just a product of the refs and our unsustainable PP, I thought we'd get dominated out of the building for sure...

Could this have been any more predictable. Very suiting that it ended in an OTL. Not really disappointed - on to game 7!

Missed the game. Saw the highlights. Clemm made some good saves but reality is the 1st and 3rd goal are inexcusable. You know Clemmenson's hot streak is officially over when that awful five hole pokes its ugly head out.
