Van-Pit

To Pit- Kesler, Edler, Booth, Sauve and a first

To Van- Crosby and Michalek

Pittsburgh wins without Crosby. They add a ton of depth.

No. If the penguins are even THINKING about trading Crosby, better be ready to give up Henrik, Daniel, Kesler, Edler, Burrows, and your next 5 1st round picks Overpayment? Sure it is, but you aren't getting the best player in the world for anything but a MASSIVE overpayment

Absolutely no chance of this happening. Crosby will not be traded. As a Canucks fan I would take this and run!! but I won't even fantasize about this because zero chance of it happening.

Not a chance. Like Malkin, there is no cap friendly return available that would make up for Crosby.

See...its not as easy as that. Nucks will likely be a top 5 team for awhile. 3 25-30 picks are not going to produce a player that justifys letting go of Sid.

3 1st overall picks...possibly...but inno way realistic.

The first two piece are very solid, the last three are just random toss ins.

Considering that Pittsburgh could easily ask for any two of Edmontons soon to be big 4, and keep adding to that, this isn't that close...

Funny thing is if Pitt says yes to the original proposal, you know you're (Van) is getting scammed, lol...

...by Pitt and by Crosby.

Why Michalek?...if this trade goes through, Parise, Weber, Suter and Semin will all sign here at minimum!

Just thought about that and it's very sneaky.

Does the OP know that Crosby is a UFA next year?

Lol no. Step away from your PS3 people, Sid being traded is not happening unless he turns Jagr and finds himself dying alive in Pittsburgh.

We'll trade Crosby's rights in early May to Vancoucer with Martin for Kesler, then we'll sign Crosby on July 1 and we trade Kesler for a good winger.

Funny.....I don't see Claude Giroux's name anywhere in the trade proposal.

No thanks. Every player that comes from the east just sucks in the west. Eastern conference to western is like going from the AHL to the NHL.

So when Vancouver lost to the Bruins, it was like they lost to an AHL team?

Exactly. Bunch of grinders and goons with no skill prevailed.

Doesn't say much about Vancouver if they couldn't overcome an AHL team of grinders and goons with no skill.

When they're allowed to break a kids spine and not even get 2 minutes not much you can do unfortunately.
