According to BOS fans, Bergeron will play and Corvo won't.

What does everyone think? Do we win this game?

I don't think we do. Maybe I'm just not getting my hopes up so I can either be let down easier or if they do win I'll be more excited because I didn't expect it.

Odds are against the Caps winning. That a fact.

So it would be smart to plan accordingly.

I bet Boston requested that the Caps put Aucoin in front of the net on the PP and DH obliged. The least Boston can do is return the favor.

Odds were against the Capitals taking this series to game 7.

Odds were against the Capitals winning against the Bruins right after Ovie's suspension.

Odds were against the Capitals winning with Nick Backstrom not in the line up.

I will give you props for being bang on with predicting wins in games 4 and 5, after we lost game 3. I saw that.

What did you predict for game 6, honestly?

I think you give me too much credit. I may have said those things but..but I don't remember... all I really knew that I predicted was that we were gonna beat whoever we play in the 1st round towards the end of the season.

Its only fitting that this goes down to a game 7 and it will be even more fitting for an OT. I got a hunch thats what it will come down to.

One thing for certain...my predictions are superior to those of Keith Jones who basically said the Bs will have very little problem dispatching us.

Brooks Laich with the GWG in OT.

so the Caps are 0-3 when I watch a full period at my house. I originally thought it was just the game, so I went to my dad's house for the 2nd and 3rd periods of Game 6. Only to realize that I had already lost the game for them.

My question is, do I tempt fate tomorrow night, or do I just skip it all together. I have good reason to skip as I'll need to wake up ~3:40 on Thursday morning.

Just skip it and check the score in the morning when you wake up. It'll either refocus the depression of waking up that early to the game as compared to the waking up...or it will give you a boost of energy for having to wake up that early.

Watching however....will just ruin everything...win or loss...you wont be able to sleep right either way.

If I were a betting man (and not afflicted with the chornic pessimism particular to Caps fans), I would be all over than line. Objectively speaking, the Caps are a bargain.

The game seems closer to a coin flip, both teams won in each others barns, all 1 goal games, our record there..... so its a decent game to bet on as a caps fan from a potential payout perspective.

But these game 7's are always a dilemma. Go hard on Boston even with crap odds, and try and buy the caps a win? And have consolation if we lose, naturally.

The caps have been getting crap payouts for years. It's nice to be the underdog for many reasons.

I agree. Thats a bet I'd take 3x over. Bruins supporters must really be shelling out for this game!

Bruins-Capitals Game 6 On NBC Is Most-Watched NHL Playoff Game In 15 Years (excluding Stanley Cup Final games)

Corvo likely to sit, check. Wides on the bottom pair in practice, check. Wait, paired with Jeff "No **** I got no Hits" Schultz??? Yeah, they pushed all in - the triple linde special.

Little do they know, Dale's unorthodox lets say opposite approach may do better on the road when his preferred matchups aren't there via first line change, which in the end may help us out. Closer to BB's style.

Ovi plowing right into Chara is soooo Bruce.
