Any guesses on when the 2nd round will start for the Caps? I have to go to OC this weekend and I have zero confidence I will be able to watch the game if it starts this weekend.

Granted, the Caps aren't the offensive juggernaut they were in recent years, but they sure learned how to play some solid D.

Shutting the playoff-mode Bruins down is no small trick.

Congrats to one of my fav teams in the league.

You wouldn't have to drink so many if you chose a beer over 3.8% alcohol. (Just saying.)

Watching the stick-swing at Holtby from Peverley's side is hilarious every time to me. The way Holtby looks at him.

This team needs a nickname. Kind of remind of the Redskins "over the hill" gang -- not especially talented, but they get the job done.

Ranger fans seem pretty terrified of playing us -- as they should be, given they've had to go 7 games with the Senators.

They only had to go 5 games against the Capitals last year though.

Well the Senators have been offensively dominating them in the games they have won, vs the Caps got out shot every game they won.

I know you were on board with Dale, there were so few of us. Wow but who could have seen what he did, doing opposite of what most fans would do and nothing he did in London. Trapping, neutering Ovi, ignoring players, not caring about scoring, riding the 3rd string G; wideman.... yet we won a tough series and presumably healthy to boot. I dont know if it helps the players but it seems little ruffles his feathers.
