Wow. I did not see that coming at all. Thought Miller was going to take him down easily and control him from the top.

Nate is awesome, Nick isn't. That was a textbook guillotine. Good card, good fights. I hope Pat Berry comes out of his coma.

Nate has a really good shot at beating Bendo. Would like to see that next, too bad it won't be.

Diaz

Made Miller look like an amateur out there.

Nate definitely deserves a title shot.

I love how Nate kept thanking people

Rogan tried to take microphone away, "I'm not done thanking people yet"

What a boss

Diaz really used his length to his advantage. Belcher stepping right into fire and pulling out a win was impressive as well. When I first saw Johnson, I thought he was a bit slow but he was impressive this time. Footwork looked better and has pretty destructive knees in the clinch to go along with his hands. Its too bad he's 34.

I thought Koscheck won his fight. Very close but I thought he had it.

Also, that might have been the worst UFC crowd ever. They booed everything.

Good call on Belcher though. He was very impressive. Paul Harris disappointed. I tend to agree that the elevator doesnt go all the way to the top floor.

For those who didn't see Dana White be interviewed by Ariel Helwani, Diaz will now get the winner of Bendo/Frankie and won't take another fight until then.

0-4 on the main card, 3-9 overall, what a bad night of picks for me. Great night of fights though. Diaz impressed tonight, deserves a title shot after beating Cerrone and stopping Miller.

Like and like. Is Mark Hunt too high up the ladder to be paired with Johnson?

Really liked Rogan's cheering for Belcher ... Palhares is such a talented, everybody-knows-what-he's-trying-for fighter that all the fans were thinking the same thing and either a) also yelling "GET OUT OF THERE!" or b) yelling "THERE IT IS! GET IT!" Can't think of a grappler with a "signature" hold like that except for Ronda Rousey. Guys like Werdum or Leites or Maia have too many weapons for us to be singularly-focused on one type of grappling hold like you need to be if you want to cheerlead like that.

I liked the card today but got into an argument with my roommate about the marketability of the Diaz brothers. I think Nate Diaz with the title is a really sharp departure from most of the champions in recent memory. Anderson, GSP, Bones, Smooth, Edgar, JDS, Cain, Forrest, Carwin, Rashad, Randy, Shogun, Machida, BJ ... these are all "nice" guys ... Rampage and Brock can both wear the black hat, but look very artificial when wearing it. Koscheck came up just a bit short but would have been the best villain champ in recent memory, and Diaz is a couple of big steps beyond Koscheck. World class combat sportsmen vs world class FIGHTER. Diaz definitely has the jits and the boxing to deal with Henderson, and I think he'd make the sort of champion the UFC hasn't seen since ... since early Tito? I don't know if it's the sort of marketing Uncle Dana wants to do, but a Diaz champion would be fascinating.

Really enjoyed that card, some great fights all and all.

I can't say enough about Diaz & Belcher's performances. Submitting Jim miller is the mma equivallant of a perfect game, didn't think that would ever happen.

We've always heard that belcher was well versed on the ground but wow, he went right into the lions den & showed he is no slouch. I wish he'd drop the self promotion though & just wait for his shot to come.

Glad Hendricks stepped up, really enjoy his scraps & that beard is top 5 all time.

Lavar with another brutal KO, I'd like to see him fight a bigger well-rounded guy next to see how if he really has improved greatly. It wasn't too long ago that Del Rosario rolled him, Pewee Herman would be ideal after the Nelson fight or the hunt/Struve winner.

You weren't the only one, lots of rough nights for picks. I had Diaz winning but other than that mine were dreadful too.

Agreed about Diaz and Belcher. I expected it from Diaz, but what Belcher did was nothing short of shocking.

I think we saw quite a bit from Lavar. He has zero to no ground game, but is a heavy, heavy puncher who ko'd a guy who is known for his striking game.

The key to beating him is putting him on his back where he is about as helpless as a turtle.
