Oh look, a prospect who wants to play for the Ducks. I forgot what that feels like.

Glad to see this though. Hoping he makes it out of camp...

I would expect him to get a decent chance. 3rd in AHL scoring...not too shabby.

I hope so much that he could start producing in the NHL. Sizeable left winger with skills is what this team needs.

LW is actually where most of our grit comes - Bobby, Beleskey and DSP all can hit big.
RW - Perry is ok, yeah, but Teemu and Palmieri is not known for big hits.

Maroon is bad on right wing? We could really use him on 4th line.

I don't think Maroon played on the right side at all last year, so I would say he's pretty locked in to left wing...

Also though, he may be big, but don't expect much physical play from him, that's not his game. He'll get in front of the net just fine, but he's not all that fond of going into a corner and fighting for a puck or laying a hit (big or otherwise) on someone.

Not saying I wasn't a fan of his, just acknowledging what he is, but also what he isn't.

Also isn't Bobby's natural position Right wing? I thought this team has an over-abundance of RWs

Yeah, well, he is not that fast, and also soft. That is bad.

And yeah, Bobby is orginally RW.

DSP is also a RW.

Anyways good signing. He wasn't that psysical compared to his size when he was up iirc, but looked promising around the net. Potentially a new Penner light, but could just as well 'bust' too.
