Terrific set play off the face off. Probably the only way they were going to win that game. That 3rd period was putrid.

At sometime, you would think the OT stuff would catch up with the Yotes, but it hasn't yet. I've watched all their games, and they have outplayed their opponent in maybe 2 of them.

Rinne had an off game tonight, which is why NSH lost. Phoenix was absolutely terrible in that 3rd and had no business even getting to overtime. I'm curious to see how far Smith can carry them. I didn't think I would see another goalie this season carry a team like Quick did earlier in the season, but I'm seeing it now in Phoenix.

Anyone watching the game through the nbc sports link from nhl.com? I cannot get the dang thing to work. I click it, it asks me to down load some add on and it doesn't do anything. I was hoping they'd do the Kings game and I could watch there, but at this rate I might have to go find a restaurant... The other online streams I've found for NYR WSH are choppy and lag a lot.

Love that Brodeur was drafted before a bunch of the flyers players were even born

Shots are 11-0 for NJ.

Scoring chances 9-0.

Philly gets a pp. 50% against the penguins.

Already saw some people *****ing about Giroux being invisible. They are obviously rusty, but fans still do not understand that another team's good defense =/= your team is lazy.

Really interested to see where Parise is next season. Just love watching him play. Every shift he gives it his all as if he's fighting to stay in the lineup. Great, great player.

I hope this is the wake up call a lot of pundits/Flyers fans needed though. Temper those expectations after playing a Pittsburgh team whose defense and goalie collapsed.

Kevin Weekes is a huge fan of....Peter Harrold. Haha. Glad to see him playing, always thought he was a decent #7 D.

Harrold was just beat by a breakaway goal from Briere.

Should be a #7 not a #6.

The Devils and the Rangers are the only two teams that play defensively sound hockey in the east. It's gonna be waay harder for Giroux to repeat a series like the Pens one (considering there was no defensive play).

Brodeur's 1980's style of goaltending has worked for him for a very long time, but it's not working now.

Poor Brodeur tried to imitate Jonathan Quick.
