none whatsoever. I tried this years past, never worked out.
Then i tried wearing my jersey, growing a beard and guess what. Nothing I did worked out on the outcome of the game.. so I guess my superstition is watching the game when I can and checking the score when I cant watch the game
This is gonna sound nuts but for some reason before game 6 against Ottawa I posted on my twitter account "START BYRON"...obviously having some fun with names (Biron). Ever since then I've been posting it before each game.
Since we've mostly won 1, lost 1, throughout...I haven't stuck with anything. But, little things within a single game, like couch positions, remote control position, which direction I enter a room from after a goal, stuff like that.
So I thought I'd add a new LGR wallpaper to my iPad last Saturday. We promptly lost. Watching last night I remembered the change with ten minutes left and switched it back to the previous one. Things changed shortly after... Whenever I'm on the big screen tv in the basement we rarely lead or win, but when I stand in front of the kitchen tv, things work out. Weird how circumstances work. I'll be standing tomorrow night.
I brought down my newborn son's Rangers Onesie that a friend of mine sent as a gift during the third period and hung it on his pack n' play. Guess what. It'll be hanging there again on Wednesday night.
I say negative/pessimistic things like if they're down by 1 in the third period- "Oh this one is over!" Kind of a reverse jinx deal that has worked several times, including with the Giants a few months ago. I also posted a negative thread before Richards tied it in the third entitled "Shade of '90 and '91"
Guys, I have to apologize in advance. My PS3 won't start up, not sure what is wrong but I won't be able to perform my routine. I cannot let NHL12 play this match before the match as a warm-up so if the Rangers lose, I am the one to blame
