Does it? I'm pretty sure Alamo Square Park is on a hill and these are on the down slope, at best I feel like the view of the Golden Gate would be slightly obstructed. I would bet that the view from some of the places near me in Potrero Hill are much better, and it's actually sunny out here
I would disagree that the location is inconvenient though, the N is just a few blocks away, and you're almost right next to The Independent.
That finish to the Giro di Italia was awesome. If you have never seen road racing before, a finish like that one can turn you into a fan.
Been at meetings so haven't watched today's STAGE of Giro (will later after hockey).
Giro d'Italia race is three weeks long and has just started.
Bunch sprints to the line can be incredible.
FWIW, starting next Sunday is the Tour of California. (Will have LIVE coverage on NBCSN just before the evening's playoff hockey.) Preview on NBCSN Saturday 12:30pm. Live from 2-4pm on NBCSN (the end of the stage with highlights from earlier portions).
And once you get into it, you can see the TEAM aspect (star, sprinter, domestique, etc.), start to get into the history (and politics) and more.
