I thought the Preds would go far after going all in on upcoming UFAs, Radulov, etc.
Pheonix will beat then... Crazy playoffs.

Two hard-drinking Russians who occasionally prioritze the postgame party over the pregame prep? I'm shocked, SHOCKED to hear of it. Maybe Poile is tring to send a message to the Russians on his prior team, too.

"This is not the way they do it in Washington".
If it was ever possible to see the veins popping out of Barry Trotz's neck, now might just be that time.

Heck of an effort for the Devils to get this game tied up.

That Larrson goal reminded me of Green from the good old days. I miss that guy.

3-1 Devils. And I was going to post that it looked like Philly looked like a lock to come out of the East. Guess the puck doesn't look like a beach ball to Bryz anymore, right Pierre?

It was only a matter of time. New Jersey has dominated this game since the beginning of the second.
I'm betting Larsson doesn't sit anymore this playoffs.

Lol wut? Hunter would bench Green for coming down that low in the zone!

Ouch.
I'm sure there were discussions about whether Radulov's known/rumored personal issues were balanced by or worth his scoring ability.
I'm sure someone in the NSH organization is dolefully saying "I told you so" right now.

Only Devils and Caps left in the east as far as non diving teams.

The officiating in the Philly/NJ game right now is piss poor. Horrible delay of game penalty. Horrible goalie interference penalty. Flyer tackling a Devil who is trying to enter the zone.
The NHL is such a great sport. Some of the best athletes and characters in professional sports. So much potential. Its a shame it is dragged down to joke level time and again by piss poor officiating, especially in the playoffs.
Just my opinion though.

The way they talk about Girouxs backhand pass, you'd thunk it was a primary assist, but it wasn't even a secondary.
Its amazing they complain about officiating now, but a clear flop they yell at Semin, but when Callahan does a 2 hander, its of course weak call against him. NA bias.

Leave it to some people to twist bad calls from another series into part a conspiracy against the Caps.

I don't know, Brodeur looked like Greg Louganis on that goalie interference call.
