These lists are CRAZY inaccurate.. I posted in another thread and the overall predictions for the first five rounds last year was 22/90 which is roughly 24%! That is horrrrrrrrrrrrrible!

Good to see some of the Newfoundlanders well represented, could be a big year for us.

Also, what is the top-10 draft order looking like?

Do you mean they got 22/90 in the exact spot they were taken, or only 22/90 on their list were taken in the top 90?

If they predicted 22/90 in the exact spot they were taken, that is incredibly accurate. almost 1/4 correct. All it takes to mess up a prediction is one player going higher then he was thought, then the lists are all thrown off, I think you are being overly critical.

22/90 were taken in the round project by Central Scouting.

Highmore might fall, he is hurt again...concerns about constant injury's could hurt him, he did not play in the CSR Challenge because of injury...talent wise i would put him 3rd overall with Mason McDonald going 2nd to 1st...Audette is only going 1st because he is offensivly gifted, needs work on defense, he is small but his father is picking 1st overall.

Ah my mistake. Yes that is quite bad, considering the first round usually has 10 people that are certain to go inside it.

So Mason McDonald is the best goalie in the draft ?

I have to say Scoutman that in the lst couple of months of the season / playoffs i wasnt really impressed - it makes more sense now that i know for sure he was playing hurt ( which i wondered ). He looked so much better a couple of years ago, full of promise. Hopefully he can pull through the injuries and have a great fall camp.

oh ya, I think he has the potential to be one of the best in the league, his puck handling is amazing almost Brodeur esq.

well they lack scouting in the maritimes and only base decisions on tournaments, this has a lot to do with maritimers being horribly ranked by them, also they rank everyone even if they are playing NCAA route or actually going school route, they also rank them not on personal levels too which teams do (meaning a crazy parent will cause teams to pass on the player...too much to deal with, or any other bad situations can cause players to fall) so this is an in accurate list IMO just mostly due to their lack of maritime scouting.

Is anyone surprised at no New Brunswick players projected until the 4th round , I thought Smallman would be higher?

Saint Johnn is rumored to be interested in Keven Bouchard where does he stand ? And how does he compare ?

Also I've heard from Robinson's Girlfriend's mother, the he is going prep school ? Will he get passed over or is he too good for that ?

Bouchard is a good goalie and to me he reminds me of Kevin Poulin he played for Victo...where as McDonald has put it all together and has a passing game that few could match.

who is Robinsons?

It's going to be interesting to watch McDonald and Bouchard next season. I've had multiple chances to watch McDonald live and only got to see Bouchard play in the Youth Olympic Games and I still have to give the edge to Bouchard. The only thing I think McDonald does better is his puck handling abilities, which are truly outstanding. Can't wait to see where these kids end up.

I think they had streams, Actually can you PM me your take on Robinson, I'll explain why later.

I saw Bouchard once, he wasn't overly great, so is MCDonald the one Franchise goalie available ?
