Just saw the "Cube" on RDS, didn't even recognize him at first. He looks like a mean SOB.

I hope the Flyers bow out soon and there's a good chance it'll be at the hands of the Devils. Once that's accomplished I could accept any of the remaining teams as SC champs. Needless to say, the early demise of the Bruins was a pleasure to behold. They're not a dynastic team and they certainly don't have clean hands. One of my major disappointments in recent seasons was the unwillingness of BGL to just wade in.

Bad no goal call for Nashville. It sure looked to me like the puck entered the net before Rinne was pushed in. The puck went in past his skate then he was pushed.

Too bad they didn't dress Radulov & AK for this game. They really need the offense. Right now, they're attacking Smith at the net like linebackers blitzing a Q.B.

Preds missed a ton of good chances earlier in the game, they shot the puck wide on prime scoring chances a bunch.

Suicide taking out your scorers for a 2nd game...sigh. Those Lovely Ice Girls in Nashville can sure snag CatFish though.

Would be nice if the Preds miraculously win one in Phoenix, Nashville fans deserve one more home game and catfish sales are booming.

It's to counter Detroit Octopus. Tennessee is all about Fishing & CatFish is the top catch. It's OK to be on the top of the food chain.

Not sure if serious, but I'm pretty sure it was already dead. Still a weird thing to do I agree.

I didn't see tonight, but I know last game that ice girl wiggled the fish herself, and it was definitely dead.

I hope AK scores their only goal next game and they get eliminated. I was cheering for Nashville but they're blowing it.

Not really, the first two rounds of the playoffs are all lumped together I believe. Nashville did not win their division so that pick will be decent. I think they would pick 20th if they lost this round which means a 50th pick at best in the second round. This is if Wash loses and LA wins.

A player like Samuelsson, Bozon or Nieves could still be there.

Seriously guys if were talking 50-56 in round 2 here. This is why you have a guy like Timmins on the staff. That's not enough range to make a diff if you have good staff & we have the best in Trevor, I'm sure not going to wish Nashville loses for a spot in late round 2! You bean counters are too much...

50 - 56 could be all the difference in the world. If you want to cheer for nashville go ahead but don't come into a Habs forum whining when we want what is best for the team.

Nashville is a mess anyways, they play a boring style of hockey and will probably get booted and lose half their players in the offseason.
