The media has gone from stroking the Penguins to now the Flyers. They will swoon over them until they get obliterated by a team that can actually play defense and finish on Bryz.

Broadcasters are buying into the narrative that the Flyers are a powerhouse. Philly played like crap in the first round, but it was rough, dirty and exciting and the Pens sucked ass, so they translated that into Flyer dominance. If the second period had gone the same way to the Flyers' advantage, they would have trumpeted how great Philly is and how the Devils can't compete with them.

The Philadelphia Flyers feared and impossible to defend against, unparallelled, nuclear powerplay of death, is now 1 for 9 against the Devils.

They beat the almighty Penguins. Only the ultramegasuper teams can do that.

Someone should do a study on the performance of Russians in the NHL playoffs. Did you guys see what Nashville did to their two Russian players?

Ponikarovsky has sucked in these playoffs. Owes us about 6 goals now.

Only reason I wouldn't object to him back is because he's cheap.

Awesome Zidlicky!

He's taken LOTS of stupid penalties. Including the one that led to the tying goal in game 7 against Florida.

Also took away our chance to have more attack in the OT in game 1. NICE!
