I like it. He looks like a guy that likes to eat meat and yells at his wife if dinner isn't ready when he gets home.

It's gonna be so different from Gauthier who never even played the game.

Why is Dudley so great again?

On December 5, 2009, the Blackhawks hired Martin Lapointe as a pro scout.

If Dreger is correct...that tells you that area is about be revamped.

I agree....I don't care what Dudley has done in the past, just the fact that he could even be loosely associated with the current maple leafs is enough to not want him within 500 miles from Montreal

Just because half our draft is not Quebecers doesn't mean we don't scout the Q.
I thought it was common knowledge. The Q is barely scouted and I even think Timmins also mentionned it during a pre-game interview on RDS at some point in the last three years that it was lacking. Sorry I can't provide any exclusive link.

Also Morgan Ellis was easy to scout when he was invited to to U-18 Canada team camp. It's easier to spot player that way.

The Illness is not the real reason for Nill saying no.

Yeah, that's what we need, the team needs to be run like it's the 1950's.

Can't wait to see Bergevin revamp the pro-scouting department COMPLETELY.

His wife has cancer. It's a pretty good reason to stay in Michigan.

who knows and I have no real proof or anything, its just my opinion. BUT if his wife was sick and he knew he wouldnt want to move her to Montreal, why would he apply for the job and take not 1 but 2 interviews.

It just seems like a waste of everyones time if he knew he wouldnt want to leave his wife or move her to Montreal.

Good luck Mr. Bergevin.

Hard to judge the move from where we're sitting, but I can't wait for the ****storm after the first trade he makes.
