Carlo Colaiacovo is an obscenely terrible hockey player. Petro throws it back to him as they try to regroup on the PP, Colaiacov just throws it through the middle of the ice to nobody, would have been icing if Quick hadn't played it. Then can't keep the zone, then almost allows a walk in, then falls down allowing a scoring chance. There is really no excuse for him to be in the lineup.
FSN doesn't get any playoff games after the first round. So this isn't your problem now. Your problem is that you aren't in the St. Louis area so you're probably watching the OT for NJ/ PHI and you don't have the NHL Network.
I have the NHL Network. It is blocked out in my area. I can't watch it there either.
NBC thinks I'm not in the St. Louis area, while NHL Network thinks I am. So I'm blocked out either way.
It would be nice if the NHL playoffs were on networks most people have and they weren't so closely scheduled together. It would save fans all the channel hunting they have to do.
The first round was on FSN, which was great. My sister has basic satellite, so every time the Blues play on NBC Sports she has to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game on their TVs (or find a friend with that channel). Her basic satellite doesn't have NBC Sports, but she does have FSN. It's a pain for her, and tonight it's a pain for both of us. She's also not in what NHL deems as the Blues coverage area.
I hope we win at least one game this series, whether I get to see it or not.
It's really hard to watch the Blues play,**** we need Halak! He would have made a difference, not saying Elliot is bad but this is the type of big game where Halak value would have shined. He's the type of clutch goalie that even if the defense sucks,he would have carried the team,It's a true shame!
