Opinions/Reviews on the Easton Mako?

I'm considering picking one up. Always been a fan of Easton products. To any that have used the stick, what do you think about it? I'll be playing forward next season and I need a new twig.

disliked the shaft dimension because it's rather boxy
a bit heavier than the APX/RS, but better puck feel than the APX imo
less pop than the APX/RS
blade has a sanded texture, which I like
overall it's a pretty decent stick, though i can't say much about the durability yet.

if you're gonna buy a top end stick anyway, i'd suggest spending the extra $ and go with the APX. Awesome, just awesome twig.

Haven't actually shot with it but about 20 minutes ago I was at my local pro hockey life store checking it out. I agree with the above poster, it's a bad shaft really boxy and heavy IMO. The blade is very light which would give it nice puck feel but I dislike the sandpaper kind of blade. Without trying it I can say I'm a little dissapointed with the design of it.

The Warrior Widow however...
