Couturier is skating this morning. Not sure if that is an indication one way or the other for tonight, however.

Not the same situation, I think.

The Jets decided that they wanted a big center, and picked Schiefle over Couturier. That's what will be interesting in the future.

The Flyers took the higher rated player, who happened to be a center. But by most expert accounts, he was the consensus highest rated player left. Could Hamilton end up making that decision look bad? Maybe, but it won't be "just" the Flyers who passed on him at that point.
