I wanted him to face the minimum 27 hitters, unlikely to pick someone off or double them off when they're at 2nd

Shutout

This ball game lasted less time than a regular hockey game.

cool shot of Hutch, Ricky, and Drabek all up on the railing watching Morrow.

and what a way to punctuate this game.

His TB shutout was a power shutout. Tonight was a pitcher's shutout. He absolutely controlled this game.

Jinx removed and he makes quick work of them. Great great game for Morrow. On a sad note another bad bad game for Lind and Jose

Man, what a gem from Morrow. He just kept throwing it down in the zone and got guys to chase his slider with 2 strikes. Fantastic two starts in a row and this is why I have a love/hate relationship with Morrow. Like tonight, he looks like one of the most dominant pitchers in the league and on some nights, he doesn't but if he can stay a little more consistent, we have a pretty great starter.

Love the 0 walks + 8 strikeouts. Had 0 walks in his last start too so he's had 0 walks + 17 strikeouts in past 15IP.

Morrow is so important for this team. If he turns into even a 1B starter the dynamics of this team look so much differently and I like the looks of this rotation going forward and we might not even need to bring in another pitcher from outside the organization.

I don't mind giving Jose the benefit of the doubt, but DFA Lind for christ sakes. He's hitting even worse than last year right now. Put EE at 1B, Thames at DH and Snider in LF when he's healthy.

Unreal game by Morrow.

Crazy how we still won and yet the 3-4 hitters were **** once again.

Wake up!

At some point, you will have to put EE at no3 or no4.

Great game by Morrow, must be very frustating for Angel's fans watching their batters right now.
