Unintentional comedy from Tippett's press conference, in answer to Todd's question about the Klesla suspension:

It's an opportunity for Schlemko to come back in, obviously we're disappointed with that.

Only 12 pairs of tickets available through Ticketmaster. Whats this rumor of no one driving to Glendale during the week

It looks like they just released some more tickets to ticketmaster, it was almost all greyed out and now every section is light blue. Still, not many to be had.

For those asking, if tonight's Caps-Rangers game (on NBCSN) goes into OT, the Preds-Coyotes game will start on CNBC. You won't miss a thing

Yeah they did, all singles but a very odd thing to do indeed.

Have faith, remember game 6 in Chicago, we were down Aucoin had Schlemko in & Klesla took a puck or stick off of something and missed much of the game. We can still do this.

Game 6 started out pretty crazy for us though.

But yeah, I get your point, and I'm really hoping Schlemko remembers how to play hockey.

Isn't "gorode" or "gorod" roughly equivalent to "town"? Gonch may not necessarily have been talking about hockey.

Seriously, hasn't Balsillie taken quite a **** kicking since he tried to stick it to the NHL?

I was listening to someone on the NHL XM channel saying that adding the two Russians was going to creat match up problems. What matchup problems? All 4 lines are very good defensively. I've been watching the games pretty closely and I see Tippett matching up defensive pairs, but just rolling his 4 lines. Perhaps he puts Gordon or Hanzal on a Russian?

Heard the ownership new this morning. As a proud owner of a "Save the Predators Rally" T-shirt, I know how it feels, and all I have to say to you guys is congrats. It's awesome to see some stability. The Yotes remind me of where we were a few years ago.

Sorry we have to spoil your perfect day tonight though

As I said in another thread, if you beat us, I'm on your bandwagon. Good luck tonight, and may the best cat win.

It's all good. We can afford to give you one game. 4-2 has such a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

Not as nice as 4-3 Preds

I still cant believe Klesla was suspended. I thought fine was the max. Whatever, I'll take it.

By the way, if you need a laugh, read the "Fire Trotz" thread on the Preds board. This series has single-handedly ripped our fanbase apart. so congrats
