Good luck to all you Kings fans. Both teams are deserving of the Cup. May the series winner bring it home!

Of course, I don't think/want the Coyotes to win as in your prediction , but I can get behind the score
Both LA and Phoenix are teams that can forecheck hard and throw defenses out of whack so I too think that there's going to be lots of scoring out of the gate.

I love this semi-final. Will be rooting for Phoenix but have absolutely no problem with the Kings either.

I voted Phoenix in 7. I said the same the first two rounds. I still can't believe where we're at. LA and PHX is the one matchup I've dreamed of, but it's real and for the WCF. The past week has just been amazing for me.

The Kings are playing like a team on some sort of Historical Mission. Unfortunately, so are the Coyotes. All I know is it's gonna be a blast to watch and I think whoever wins, hoists the cup in June. Personally, I have waited over 40 years for the Kings to make this kind of run so I am gonna enjoy it for however long it lasts

Annoyed but obviously not surprised by the people who never watched the Vancouver/LA series crapping on Luongo. Goaltending was the least of the Canucks' problems. LA was the better team, period. Wish I could say different, but it's true. *sigh* Last I'm saying about it.

Anyway, the fact that the Kings beat the Canucks in round 1 is really the only thing keeping me from cheering for them. Call it petty, but there it is. Looking back at the Kings' history it's hard not to want them to finally go all the way, though. They're one of the few teams with even less postseason success than my team and their fans have been suffering for longer. Darryl Sutter's done an amazing job. Just don't give him the keys to the GM's office.

Not voting in the poll. Any inkling I had about who's going to win what series went right out the window weeks ago.

Tale of the tape...

These guys - Brown 6-0 207, King 6-3 227, Lewis 6-1 205, Nolan 6-3 227, Penner 6-4 245, Richards 5-11 185, Fraser 6-1 190, and Stoll 6-0 215

gotta pound on

These guys especially - OEL 6-2 190, Klesla 6-3 220, Rosival 6-2 210, and Yandle 6-2 200

I think OEL and Yandle are going to be the guys they go after the hardest.

This is how I feel, if the Kings are going to lose to any team this playoff I'd want it to be Phoenix, I have a great deal of respect for the team and their fans. I will be rooting for any team who wins the West in the Finals this year.

Let's just hope no one does something stupid and turns each fan base completely against the other! (It is probably a good thing that Torres isn't playing.)

Same feeling, lots of scoring ( I too assumed both 2nd round series would be full of 1-0 games) I see Quick and Smith playing well, but with an average 5 goals per game.

First series we have to sweat for, but this Kings team takes it. Kings in 6, Quick stands on his head once or twice.

Let's Go Kings!

I was hoping we'd meet LA in the first round, so it seems like a dream to be in the conference finals with them! And I LOVE how we're still the underdog, no matter what we do! Please keep on underestimating us !

I'm not at all surprised by Smiths play. He was great in Dallas but really fell off after some concussion problems. Good to see that his career wasn't derailed like some other players. It's really sad when a players career is cut short due to injury problems (Deadmarsh).

Smith and the Coyotes scare me. They definitely won't beat themselves with soft goals, undisciplined play or shorthanded goals against. Dave Tippett is the best coach in the NHL and simply won't allow it. The Yotes also have a lot of Kings killers in Doan, Vrbata and Langkow.

The Kings are playing better than they have all year but the Blues really sucked. Some of that was the Kings but the Blues looked like a team that was satisfied with winning one round and looked completely outmatched. The soft goals certainly didn't help. I'm afraid the series was too easy for the Kings and could have had a negative effect on their level of play.

I'm picking the Yotes in six but obviously I hope I'm wrong. And yes, I'm pessimistic. I am a Kings fan after all.

No, losers. The underdog title belongs to us for life.

Besides, most of HF predicts you to win this series, with many of your fans picking the Kings in 5 or 6. What kind of underdog would you be if you're the favorite to win from outside fans and Kings fans?

Sorry, but LeBrun picked the Kings in 6.

Looks like the Yotes get to have the underdog role this round.

Fans always pick their own team to win, so that doesn't count. You guys won the Pacific and are the higher seed. You're supposed to win these games against the lower seeds. Plus according to HF, Kings have "lucked" their way out of every series.

Kings are the underdogs.
