Buy/Sell: Pens make a splash in free agency.
Sell, not enough money to make a splash for a Parise/Suter type player.

Buy or Sell: Thiessen will be brought up to be the back up.

Sell... I think the new trend for a goalie is to play about 55-60 games so they're fresh for the playoff run. A quality back up is needed. I'll go with Chris Mason.

Buy/ sell.... A new full time goaltending coach is brought in.

Hopefully buy. I think a change of perspective could help Flower

Buy/Sell: Sid and Geno both get around 100 points next season.

Buy. Staal is moved. Both Sid and Geno go into next year with two good wingers each. Both are relied on more than ever. Both flourish because of it.

Buy or sell: Sid and Geno see semi-regular PK minutes while Bylsma is coach.

Sell . . . Meloche has nude pictures of Mario (only explanation left for his continued employment).

Buy or sell: There are more than cosmetic changes to the Pens breakout and defensive zone coverage.

Buy. As Shero alluded, with obstruction rearing its ugly head, Pens will alter their game. Look for less mobile, bigger body dmen next year. It will force changes.

Buy/ Sell: Craig Adams will be an Asst. coach under Bylsma in the next 5 years.

Buy ... I can totally see him being responsible for the PK

Buy or Sell ... Jagr will express sincere regret for all that has transpired since he last wore a Pens sweater and wishes to make amends and restore his legacy; he signs a 1 year deal for league minimum and plays limited minutes primarily on the power play. Afterwards, his number is retired and raised to the rafters.

Sell, sell, sell . . .

Buy or sell: Joe Morrow again earns a spot as one of the top six defensemen at camp. He nonetheless is not on the opening day roster.

I see Morrow being the last cut and being a call up if something should happen to Letang or Despres. So sell I guess.

Buy or Sell, We take a D-man first round this year?

Probably Buy: If a defenseman is the best available player then yes. Ray Shero has said in the past that when you select in the 20's, you're not looking for a need, but the best player available at the time.

We pick 22nd this year, Philly picks 20, I wonder if the Pens will get a chance at Colton Sissons.

To Kirk's question:

Buy, but I do think Morrow will get several games on the big club next year unless we miraculously have no problems with our D (health or otherwise).

Sell. I believe the best player in our range will be a forward. Sissons is my wish.

Buy/Sell: We trade up/get a higher 1st rounder this year.

Sell, outside of Polamalu (don't yell at me too much I'm sure I'm forgetting an obvious one somewhere), Pittsburgh squads are just bashful about doing this.

Buy/ Sell: Bennett nets 15 goals or more for Wilkes Barre next year.

Buy. I think he's offensively gifted enough to score 15 once he adjusts.

Buy/Sell: TK gets traded between now and the trade deadline.

Sell. I don't see TK going anywhere unless Shero has his sights set on bringing in a legit top 6 forward. As far as I'm concerned TK is a security blanket for our current lack of top 6 winger depth.

Buy/Sell: After years of focusing so heavily on drafting defensive depth, does Shero finally start focusing on adding much needed prospect depth on wings, starting with this year's draft?

Sell... He has that Preds mentality. I think, he think that unless the forward prospect is a no brainer he goes with defense. Mostly because its such a taught position that its easier to develope a quality player. I'm not sure how wrong or right he is buthe has passed up some pretty good forward prospects for some pretty ordinary defenseman.

Buy/ sell... Staal work out on Malkin wing and actually looks pretty good in Disco's more flowing system. In other words he has less stopping and starting to do than in MT's pull back system.

Sell: Jordan Staal is a natural center and he will stay at that position. He'll play with Geno/Sid at times but his full time lines are as we know it. Cooke/Staal/Kennedy. Plus who's filling in at that position if Staal were to move. Jeffery: I don't know where he's at with his recovery and skating. Plus his skills set are more to six role. That's why I don't see Jeffery in this organization long term. And he ain't going to wing. Vitale: he's a 4th line fring NHLer at best.

Buy/sell: Dupuis continues with a second session with offensive stats coming close to 30/30 again.

sell. Last season was nice but he's old and already settled as a 40 point player which is fine.

Buy/Sell: Michalek is moved after what was revealed today

Buy ... I doubt there's going to be any major changes to the system, so if it's true Shero would be foolish not to accommodate him ... and Shero may be many things, but foolish isn't on that list.

Buy/Sell: Paul Martin will be the next player to be revealed as having similar sentiments.

Buy: Who knows??? But hey as long as we hopefully get rid of him.

Buy or Sell: Geno will win his third Art Ross before Sid wins his second.
