Niklas Hjalmarsson

Bolts fan who comes in peace. Just wondering if Chicago is willing or looking to move Hjalmarsson. He is looking good with Hedman and it is very clear how bad we need D. So just wondering what it would take.

I actually like Hammer, just think he isn't being utilized. I would keep him.

not sure we want draft picks... most likely not. Draft pick value he is worth a 2nd and a 3rd.

How about we send you two Swedes Hjalmarsson & Kruger for a top 6 forward.

Highly doubt they move Kruger considering he's an effective player at an incredibly cheap price.

How was Kruger this year? Don't know much about him. Don't have many top 6 who willing to be moved. Malone or Purcie are your options.

2nd and 3rd for Hjalmarrson...which second would you want? Either way I would do it.

I'd love to have Purcell. I don't think those picks will do it for Hjalmarsson.

No chance he gets shipped out for picks, IMO.

This.

That is unless there is a replacement-in-waiting.

Don't really have any replacement we can offer...do you accept bits of string?

All joking aside, Our surplus is youth forwards. Not many who are ready to jump in just yet, and the ones that are probably going to make the roster. Draft picks and forwards is what we got so you can choose from that. Purcie for the right trade and Malone if you really think he will waive for Chicago. My main question is what would be fair value according to you guys/gals.

Yzerman has been stockpiling picks, no? Do you guys have any list of the picks he's acquired?

Minnesota's 2nd 37

Possibly Florida's this year.

Plus our first 10, our second 40, our third 70, our fourth 100, etc... no 7th though.

I just don't know that Tampa has anything we want that we couldn't find better from elsewhere.

Moving Hammer would create another hole the hawks would need to fill, I don't see it happening.

Big body (6'3,, 200)

but he doesnt throw his body around unfortunately, but i'd do the trade

Purcell plus a swap of our 1st for your 1st. D costs a lot, take it or leave it.
