If the Swiss team wants to win this game they need to finish their chances, wont get many of them.

Man, how many 2 on 1 breaks do the Slovaks need to score again?

Until they are satisfied with the pass getting broken up every time.

Especially after what they did not call in the 58 minutes before.

Svk deserved the win. Swiss coach destroyed everything with his changes after the first 4 games.

tough game. Swiss defense with surprisingly many bad gaveaways, never seen them so shaky. Happy for the win, but there is still a lot room for improvement, odd man rushes execution for the beginning.

Laco was awesome.

Switzerland is now out. France must defeat Belarus in 60 minutes, and then defeat Slovakia in 60 minutes. Looking good for the Olympics too, Germany and Switzerland are going to drop a lot. Unless Finland wusses out against Kazakhstan, SVK will play Canada in the QF which was close the first time.

I was pleased with Slovakia's play. I thought the finishing could have been better. The Swiss had very few quality scoring chances.

Wellll, I don't think he is needed in order to defeat France. He might of made a difference in the upcoming QF versus Canada, who knows?

The only problem with your logic is that Finland plays Kazakhstan my friend.

Well, even the French wont defeat themselves on their own. Theyre not such a push over. Remember the Kazakhstan game?

? The Swiss have already played Finland. The Swiss will play the US tomorrow. Canada plays Belarus and Finland plays Kazakhstan.
