Late born 1992 defenceman Arzamastsev with Florida or Vancouver...??? Florida tried mature RUS Def Derlyuk and returned him back home 12-13 season.
In AHL 1986 born didn't improve his game much to earn a call up in NHL even for 1-3 games and actually in Russia 10-11 season after injury he was kind of average KHL def. Well, good for Florida to get players from Russia as late picks or free agents!
They keep Russian scout who works OK!
Keep an eye on 1993 born Yaroslav Kosov with KHL's Magnitogorsk Florida's late pick 124 5th rd.
Vancouver not sure... they have 3 def pairs signed for 12-13 season.Rare Russian play in Vancouver. Last def Kirill Koltsov 03-05 seasons (2 with AHL farm team). Though Canucks keep Russian scout with Euro status
