Because closing your hand on the puck and moving it over 90 degrees of rotation around your body needs to be slowed down to look "bad".

Brodeur let in his usual softy, but has been solid otherwise. If your team scores 0 goals and you lose by 1 or 2, it's not on your goalie.

I'm a Rangers fan. It's not completely the same, but you can't complain about what Alzner kept doing and what Volchenkov did and act like MDZ didn't get away with one there.

that's a fair point, but the last penalty called looks like a make up call IMHO

LOLLLL

Easy penalty call is ignored and it leads directly to a goal.

yeah, you are right, it's not important.

No kidding. It's weird to watch after watching the Caps block everything for two weeks.

Yeah, he was good, except for the 2 he let in.

Keys to victory for Rangers today (if game stands) was the play of Hank and their shot blocking. They were patient on the back end and got a couple lucky bounces and mistakes by Marty to take a 2-0 lead.

However, Rangers are going to be fatigued after the first two rounds and the forecheck and pressure by the Devils isn't helping their cause. This series is far from over. It will likely go to 6 or 7 games.

If you're gonna complain, then don't watch.

Rangers are the luckiest team ever!! 97 games in and it's all luck.

Rangers have had the clear ref advantage in this game, but the Devs have absolutely nobody to blame but themselves for the scoreboard. They had a million chances. You can't win if you don't finish any.
