Probably, but I didn't watch the play for which the PP was rewarded (to Devils).
Regardless, a makeup call, after a goal after a non-call doesn't fix that. Never a fan of makeup calls (regardless of for/against my team - which is not playing).
PS: If anyone has any doubts, ref was staring at the player as he covered the puck. Not that he missed it, just plain bad job of it. (My last post/reply on this topic)
Brodeur let in his usual softy, but has been solid otherwise. If your team scores 0 goals and you lose by 1 or 2, it's not on your goalie.
Historical winning playoff games are low scoring... it is true that teams with zero goals rarely win but Broduer has let in one to many goals.. why can't he pitch a shutout for his low scoring team?

The reason why that hand on the puck penalty wasn't called was because MDZ had his feet knocked out from under him. They let that go, they let the hand on puck penalty go.

At full speed he clearly just moved the puck right away. At .000005x speed, it certainly looked like he was actively holding onto it and ****.
I mean, it was a borderline penalty I thought (being honest here). I think he moved it quick enough at full speed to avoid it but if he had covered it any longer it would've been called.
