what kind of practice can be done while recovering from injury

just over a week ago I had to have surgery to re attach my flexor tendon on my big toe, I'm at least 1 more week out before I can put any weight on my foot, any ideas of stuff I can do while I'm just sitting around to try and keep me on my game? I'm hoping once I can put some weight on my foot I can start shooting again but it might be some time, I was told by the surgeon that it will be at least 3 months before I can skate again

2 obvious answeres:
1 Ask a physio therapist or your doctor.
2. Any exercise (e.g. wrist curls) that can be done sitting down and not putting strain on your toe.
