Didn't get along with the players. There was a rumoured feud almost all season.

Not surprising to me, considering how difficult he is to deal with in regards to media come postgame.

Lack of success and player relations. Brandon on paper was one of the best teams in the league especially after getting Sundher from Victoria. Yet they finished 6th in the conference and got swept in the 2nd round.

Fire Habscheid get him behind the bench.

I could see Cory clouston moving on the be the head coach in Edmonton. After not renewing Renneys deal they will want a coach who can help rebuild a team and who knows how to work good with the young guys. Renney leaned on guys like jones and smyth too much. Eberle should have been getting 20 mins per game considering the amount of points he got per minutes played.

Looking at Clouston's resume at the NHL level, Doubt it. Oilers want to win.

They are looking for wins, but not a top conference or division spot. They are still in a rebuilding stage.

Can someone say how could Cole Grbavac is ? What type of player he is ? Is he good enough to play in some pro league in Europe, for example in EBEL (Austrian). I am asking because Grbavac is player with croatian heritage and there is possibilty that croatian ebel based franchise, Medvescak Zagreb, sign him.

Thanks for answers.

Grbavac is a gritty player, not a goal scorer by any means. He brings a good physical presence but that's about it. He can fight as well, I think he could keep up with the EBEL, but he wouldn't do much at all.

Thanks for information ! He doesn't need to be goalscorer, all we need is good depth players for our team (younger than 24), because we are very thin when injuries knocks on our door

Watched Grbavac play for the last few seasons with the Tigers.

He will be your heart and soul 3rd line grinder type player. He lays it on the line for his team.

He has a very hard shot, and when he plays with no fear can control the boards. He will stand up for teammates no questions asked and is a gentleman off the ice.

I thought Grbavac slightly underperformed last season with the Tigers. I thought a couple early concussions last year slowed his game down a bit, but he attended the Dallas Stars Rookie Camps the past 2 years and impressed them with his attitude and hard work. He was also the Captain of the Tigers last season.

True, but the fact that he picks favorites makes me tend to not like him. His kid is not WHL calibur.

Heard a rumor swirling around that Marc Habscheid has stepped down as Head Coach and GM of the Royals. I'll keep my ears open for you guys.
