Lol at Galchenyuk being 14th. Probably going to top three. Even Faksa at 16 is a stretch.

I see Button's technique. He is like a hipster. Button has Forsberg ranked top 3 all year but when ISS moves him up to top 3, Button drops Forsberg down to 7.

I don't get why Ceci is ranked above Reinhart and why Kerdiles is infront of Finn and Faksa.

Ceci been awesome offensively for the 67s this year. He has all the physical tools, Size, good skating and knows when to chip in. I see more upsides than Reinhart, who is probably a safer pick.

The downside on him is his defensive play. Sometimes he seems a bit lost in his own end. Haven’t seen that transpire in the scouts reports… but it has me worried a bit on how good he will be at the next level.

haha good post

Button has already created an image of himself as "non cookie-cutter" so he has to do something to make himself look like he knows his stuff. Like Jankowski 14th overall.

ISS on the otherhand seems to make consensus lists (only weird thing imo is Galchenyuk down to wherever)

Do we have to go through this in every ISS monthly ranking? They've had Galchenyuk right around there for months.

I asked the same question

I think the Grigo stock will fall over the Top 5

Galchenyuk is a Top 5, no matter what

I think Faksa will be at 11 and Gaunce at 15

Wilson is really a Top 20 Pick?? A doubt about his offensive skills

I'm a Girgenssons fan and i don't understand why is out of Top 20? I prefer him to Wilson

Hertl have the package of skills to go in Top 25 IMO

Button also doesn't even have Kerdiles in the top 60 lol

Ceci seems much more polished offensively, and size wise may be an inch shorter, but definitely has an NHL build already. Ceci also is much better defensively than given credit for, coming into this year FC noted he was one of the best defensively in the O last year (and questioned his offensive capabilities no less). This year he has concentrated on offense, and the lack of D depth for Ottawa has meant he has been playing 30 minutes a game with a suspect partner at times against other teams top players and still being on the ice for a decently low number of goals compared to his minutes.

I agree he needs to engage more defensively, too often this year he played back looking like he was trying to decide which of three guys to cover.

Awards:
Interesting to see Dansk as #1 goalie and Subban ahead of Vasilevski.
