Tambolini's and Howsons' thoughts.

Watched both interviews on TSN 5 times each.

Paid close attention to body language.

I'm under the impression that Tambolini intends on drafting Yakupov. No jerk reactions talking about his thoughts about the guy up until now. When talking about offers he's received he doesn't jerk his head or facial muscles in the wrong direction. I'd love to have Murray, but not next year and I'd sure I'd be more than happy to have Yakypov. Unless someone changes their sales pitch significantly we're drafting Yakupov... I do get the feeling that the Yakupov/Oilers meeting is just another thing Edmonton can do to show further interest in a player.

Howsons seems really unsure as to what to do. He's very tense. You say all you want for the camera being further back and showing him fiddling with his hands, but from what we're shown that's what we can see.

Tambolini plays whatever has been offered to him as as a joke and one could rationally speculate that Howsons is one of those people and they could also say that Howsons is someone who's seriously considering upping the ante. I figure he hasn't decided yet.

Not suggesting he knows Tambo's price for the first overall pick, but I think he's almost ready to up the ante.

It always kills me when people don't bother taking even a cursory read of their work before they post. Who is "Tambolini"?

Nothing bothers me as much as "Gagne" or "Tuebert".

Like christ, you're on a Hockey forum board. You'd think you'd be able to spell the names of the people we talk about constantly correctly by now.

Looooooove Poker! My heart was broke last September when my 11 month winning streak was snapped. I was a ****** thinking that I didn't have to take people seriously to get that year long wining streak under my belt.

Who the **** are you? Phil Ivy?

I gained nothing from the interview, I guess that's why I suck at poker haha. I'm impressed by your findings.

Can't say I blame Howson.

Tambellini is holding the nuts, a four-of-a-kind, while Howson has a good, but beatable, full house.

And he's holding a four-of-a-kind for the 3rd hand in a row. Steve should be all practised up on how to keep a straight face. Not that I'm trying to discount his performance, his patience and composure has been displayed throughout his tenure as GM. (building a hockey team has not )

Such as "Christ" being a proper noun? We've only talked about him for 2,000 years.

People make mistakes all the time, usually because someone's typing isn't keeping up to their thoughts.

Spelling mistakes on the net are a cardinal sin, those with good grammar skills consider themselves the elites of the internet.
