Great composure by Huberdeau...but how stupid can Gallant be really? Your team looked more dangerous 4 on 5 all game and then you go on and take a bench minor....

Beaulieu-Tinordi will be a good pairing.

Subban will do just fine with Ellis as his partner

I mean, Charlie Coyle is not the greatest skater but he's clearly not Turner Stevenson's like, as we've seen tonight. This kid just cannot skate on bad ice. Which makes it an incredible strength for Bournival who was flying yesterday. Even more impressive knowing how bad this freakin ice is.

Well for Bournival, it's his home ice. He's likely used to it.

I'm with you on this one. Beaulieu has alot of offensive attribute, but just doesn't seems to know how to utilize them. I think it's a problem with a defenseman who his offense is by far his strenght. I doesn't like his feel for the game. Well we'll see, but I'm personnaly way more confident with Tinordi.

Tinordi will partner with Subban. He will troll freely knowing Tinordi will be able to protect him, atleast more so than anyone else on this team now can.

2 lefties together and 2 rightys together?

Tinordi-Subban is going to be epic. Bealuieu-Ellis could be pretty sweet, but Beaulieu, despite his tools, has alot of growing to do. I think he'll have a rough first year in the AHL. Tinordi on the other hand, is damn close to being ready IMO, and will be a regular in Monteal before the end of next season...

I've been saying it for a while, he reminds me A LOT of Tom Pyatt. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing since Pyatt was a 3rd line NHLer last season and still improving.

He's not overmatched physically like Pyatt was. And he's even more blazing fast, and has bigger offensive upside due to the size/speed thing than Pyatt had.

Still that O'Byrne deal for Pyatt is probably my least favorite of Gauthiers moves...

Well I've seen him quite a bit, and I can't recall him making a bad decision. Sure I've seen him make physical mistakes, ie misfire ona pass that was picked off, but his decisions are always sound. He reminds me of a 6'7" Gorges with a mean streak and I'm a big Gorges fan.

OT but Gorges obtained a mean streak last season. He used to be referred to as 'soft' but now he even lowers the boom on people.

He can hit Lucic as much as he wants but I don't want him fighting that scrub. Lucic is an overrated punk, get an enforcer to smash his face in not someone like Laraque that asks politely.

Beaulieu displayed once again his elite puckmoving skills, what a beauty he is to watch, he had some great rushes as well.. Tinordi played much more composed hockey today than last game against the ice dogs.. turned the puck over twice in the first but outiside that, he was pretty steady all game long..

We got Bournival in the O'Byrne trade. Pyatt was a throwin on the Gomez- Mcdonagh trade.

I hate the Bruins but that's just wrong. Lucic scored 26 goals this season and 30 goals the year before. During that time period he also had about 15 scraps in both years and acquitted himself well in all of them. I don't like the guy, but to say he's an overrated punk is wrong.

56 goals in two years in more than anyone on Montreal has had total the past two seasons. In all honesty, a Lucic type player is exactly what we need.

Just like Subban right?

I know I'm in the minority, but I think Beaulieu is a better prospect than Subban was at the same age, let alone Tinordi.. Tinordi's a keeper as well though.
