I'm going to say it -- Callahan sucks this postseason. He loses every battle. All he provides is the customary body check.

Took 'em 2 periods to get going. A goal in the 3rd could be enough

We have three behind the net sometimes.

Girardi has a TON of shooting space and opts to throw the puck in the deep.

"Will Prust Be Suspended?" is one of NBC's intermission bullets? Oh boy.

watch them call the "Goal tending battle" even and give the edge to Brodeur

This serious really isn't as much of a goal tending battle as our commentators would like us to believe......

As bad as we've played so far, all we need to do is win the 3rd period and we win the game.

Well, still 0-0. Could be worse..

They seriously need to show up in the third period.. Lundqvist is a terrific goalie but he can only help so much. Goal or preferably two would seriously help here.

Blah.

Honestly, he has been Boyle bad at times. The difference is that Boyle is consistently working his butt off despite his horrible skating and lack of hockey skills.

I am not seeing the same effort from Cally.

Seriously! This is not a goaltending battle! This is one guy saving his teams ass. Brodeur would have caved if they switched jerseys.

Normally I am very optimistic but a win today would be rather miraculous.

Re: Mitchell penalty

It's obviously interference, so not complaining about the call. However, the Devils do the same exact thing every time the puck is in their offensive zone.

The way this game is going, it's either going to take a spectacular individual effort or a mistake to score a goal.

The Bruins looked terrible in the CF against Tampa. IMo they were outplayed in every game by Tampa, and sometimes went long stretches without generating offense.

Read the Bruins GDT's from that series.

Bruins dont get to the SCF without a monster series from Thomas. Looks like same goes for the Rangers.

I also enjoy annoying the less gifted.

My only point here was that the team got away with a big one on the Prust incident.

Even if he is suspended, is it a big loss?

By the way, both goalies have been flat-out amazing. I realize most here know that, but some need a little help sometimes.

Just keep throwing pucks to the net, every time they are banging off his pads, and loose in front, and no one is there.
