2012-04-27 03:00 - The NIGHTWISH song "Last Ride Of The Day" – from their current longplayer “Imaginaerum” has been chosen as the official "anthem" for the upcoming hockey world championships - set to take place May 4-20 in Helsinki, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden.
"When I heard that we might be involved with the event, I called all the bandmembers right away, and we were all pretty excited," says NIGHTWISH keyboardist/mainman Tuomas Holopainen.

I didn't like last Slovak WC song. But I will probably always love Stuck on Replay by Scooter. I just have great memories for that WC accompanied with that song.
And we all know that in Finland there always were great metal groups. And this one is quite great as well.

I like the song...definately different to the previous songs in the Worlds.
Though Planet Hell (-> Hellsinki) would have worked better
they are amazing live
