Well no issue with the Leafs taking Grigorenko if he's there at 5. Interesting view of the top 4 though.

I like it.

Not as predictable in the top 10 as a few of the other mocks.

Thanks everyone, spent like 2 hours on this trying to combine BPA vs current and future team needs, glad most people are content with it

Don't like Maatta at 10, that's too high for him, I'd take Ceci/Reinhart instead. Happy with Gaunce at 19.

I think Burke will end up taking Forsberg @ 5 if he and Grigorenko are both on the board. Swedish and leadership intangibles

Doubt NYI takes Rielly over Grigs or Forsberg. No way Buffalo drafts D. Girgensons, I'd imagine, would be the guy they target unless Faksa falls. Aberg and Finn also look too high to me, but idk too much about what the needs are of the teams you have taking them, but I'd think Ottawa would rather draft a defender.

That's one of the better mock drafts I've seen.

Well this represents my worst fear and the feeling that i'm getting about this draft. When the Canadiens leave the podium and the Islanders are on the clock, Murray and Galchenyuk will already be taken. Who would they then pick then? As fans we have no read from our organization. Snow is extremely tight lipped as are his scouts.

In my opinion I hope they stay away from Grigorenko. The question for me then becomes one of three options. Take Forsberg, Reach for another D-Man (My pick would be Rienhardt), or trade down a couple spots to grab one of Trouba, Dumba, Rienhardt, Rielly.
