Thats an extremely tough call. Sucks for the Mets I feel for them but we've gotten calls like that against us so things work out

Huge break there. instead of 2nd and 3rd one out, 2 outs with a runner at 3rd. Nice sell job on the tag.

It's the umps job to get into position to make the correct call. Don't defend it lol, it was a terrible call. We'll take it.

Beauty effort. Lucky 9th, but after the way he pitched all day you have to be good to get lucky.

Seems like a trade that worked out well for both teams, just better for the Jays as Morrow looks like a legitimate top-flight starter. Both players have turned their careers around since being traded though.
He should have always been our closer. They always talked about how he did great in 1 inning and crap if he went out for a second. For obvious reasons he should have a closer it only made sense with his skill set. He was always lights out for 1 inning but you knew he'd give up runs if he went out for a second. We assessed his talents poorly but I'm glad we have Morrow.

What a gem. Better sweep the Mets cuz they've looked awful all series and we have Alvarez on the hill tomorrow.

I wasn't defending the ump on that play, just saying he didn't position himself and Escobar took advantage of it.

also, Morrow's whip is back under 1 and he now has the lowest ERA in the AL. Beauty

Morrow looking dominant once again. What a game. Power while painting the edges of the strikezone.

Bats had a hangover, but we squeezed just enough offense to get the win. Lets go for the trifecta tomorrow!

Just like the 2 bogus strike calls against Lawrie this past week.

Jays have the 5th best run differential in the bigs now and best, by far, in the AL East...

Impressive

It's 2.63 right now. Doubt that's the lowest ERA in AL.

From his last game, they changed Lind's error to a hit so those 4-5 unearned runs have become earned which sucks for Morrow because it was a clear error.

Bone Morrow looking like a beast. Totally dominant again. If he keeps pitching like this there's not many in the Majors better then him.

Also LOL at that called 2nd out in the 9th. The Mets player was safe by a mile. Good thing MLB doesn't have video replay. The umping lately has been horri-awful but at least it's for us for a change and not against us.
