Do you "boo" Blake?

Whenever Colorado plays the Kings at Staples, do you give Blake hell when he has the puck? I'm curious because I know some fans really hate him for asking for too much money, while others feel it was the owners' faults. So do you boo him?

I don't go to that many games, and so I've never seen an Avs/Kings game at Staples.. but at home, no I don't boo... it might annoy my neighbors.

If I were at Staples, I still wouldn't boo him either.. and I hope that if/when the Kings retire his jersey, the fans will show some class.

I don't boo anyone who tries to make as much money as they can in his limited earning-power life.

I don't get angry at organizations who believe that capital can be re-organized in a more efficient manner.

I don't blame either side. $/-/it happens... get over it.

I don't boo him, but I am still bitter about the way he left.

I have a funny story about this. the last 2 years in vegas at the frozen fury a few of us have dressed as Elvis to the game (hence the King Elvi name). We have talked to Rob before and played a couple of blackjack hands with him just for kicks, and he's a really cool guy. So after the game we were stumbling through the casino and ran into Blake and gave him a little Elvis style boo. Not loud and obnoxious so the whole casino would hear, but just loud enough for Blake to hear. He laughed for about a minute, good sport. So the long answer to your question is yes I have booed Blake, but not out of spite but out of fun in a kind of goofy sort of way that makes fun out of those that are seriuos when they do boo. I'm not sure that made sence, so I'm going to take a nap ......... I'd take him back in a second.

I can only see the Kings play the Avs in Colorado, so booing him then might get me some strange looks. I actualy root for him and did for Reinprecht as well, I like to see all Kings present and former play well, yes even agianst the Kings (as long as the Kings win that is hehe.)

Never. I think it is in poor taste. This is his "Job" and he made a career move.
He has always been pleasent enough to me when I have had the opportunity to speak with him.

I used to date his cousin. I never knew she was related to him until I went over to his house for a BBQ one time. Meeting Uncle Rob was a shock to say the least.

I swear I am surrounded by pansies.

Hell yes I boo Blake. Do you think he takes it personally? The whole point of being a fan of your team is to raise your team and demoralize the other. At the end of a series one team shakes another teams hand even though they just had a best of seven of series, where that other guy was trying to take off the other guys head, made them bleed, or laid a devestating hit on them. Its part of the game to try and get under there skin. If I saw Blake on the street, Id ask for his autograph and tell him how much I think he is one of the best dmen ever. If he comes to Staples and plays the Kings, he gets boo'd!
