My bad, I didn't remember him being booked after the cab incident.

Hawks could put Kruger at 3rd line role to replace Bolland....not worrried about losing Bolland. However, I'm not overly-impressed with Ribeiro and certainly not for 5MM a year. Everyone dwells on the 2nd line center for the Hawks, but I only think it's a problem when Toews is out an extended time. Otherwise, not a priority. Hawks need to revamp their D. Get rid of Leddy, Hjallmarsson and Montador and replace them with a couple of guys who are more difficult to play against. I'd like to see them get a big, fast, grinding 4th line too.

You can put Kruger in the third line role to replace Bolland all you want but he won't "replace" Bolland.

Once again Kruger was a good center for Sweden on their 3rd line. He won some draws too.

He was a good C in the SEL too before coming over...and he sucked in the NHL.

Get back to me when he does those things for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Ya, so IMO..

beating a senior citizen issue >>>>>> public intoxication

except Kane has done both of those, just wasn't arrested for his latest public intoxication

lol we get it, you hate Kaner. Did he bang your gf while playing for the Knights?

and the Cabbie wasn't a senior citizen, nor do you even have proof that Kaner touched him either.

I don't hate Kane when he has a Blackhawk uniform on. When he doesn't have the uniform on he is one of the biggest douches in the NHL.

62 is a senior citizen..and you're right, I don't have any proof. Just a cabbies black eye, mug shots, and a settlement outside of court. Keep backing him up though, because he's such a goodie too shoo.

I think they are pretty obvious, I don't need to tell you.

How about you elaborate on Ribieros 'issues.' Public intoxication backing up one of your girl friends does not count.

and if Kane was the only person in that cab, then maybe that would be some proof.

You know who else was a "giant ******" off the ice? JR, Belfour, Chelios, Hull all far worse than Kane too.

I'm not seeing Bolland plus our first for Ribs. While I would consider Bolland for Ribs more or less straight up, if we are including our 1st it would also need to include Frolick. I will agree with whoever said Ribs is fairly close to a #1 and a poorman's #1 is way more then Bolland has shown his ceiling to be. Add in Bolland also has some injury history and that a #3 is not that difficult to find in UFA (Gaustad) or trade, I probably do Ribs for Bolland and a 2ndary prospect/pick. For as diefied as Bolland is around here as some sort of defensive wizzard, was he not part of the team who's PK was dreadful and basically invisible his entire career in the regular season?

Bolland is not a number 3 C. He's a Number 2 C that the coach refuses to take off of the Number 3 C.

Cab drivers drive like crazy, stink, I've been in a car hit by one, F 'em. Guy probably deserved it, Kane just needed to be the bigger person. Kane needs to start playing better. Now is not the time to trade him. Ribeiro may be a bit of an A-hole but he'd fill a major need. I don't see people "hating" him as a reason to not pick him up. I also don't see why Kane's off ice issues are reason to trade him for less than he is worth.

Kruger didn't "suck" with the hawks. He was forced into a role too early.
