Graf Step-In Footbed - worth it?

Does anyone have any experience with the Graf step-In Footbeds? The skate fits well and my feet feel ok in my low-end Grafs (370 Supras) with the crappy factory insoles, but would these footbeds make a huge difference? Would I have to re-bake the skates after inserting insoles, since my ankle might be a little higher in the skate?

Any advice is appreciated

You dont need to re-bake. They may or may not make a huge difference, though I think you will definitely see something.

I've used them in all my skates.
