Well your not going to get pt production from Anisimov if he isn't going to get ice time. Aside from the occaisional bottom 6 goal or helper.

Screw new lines, that's all I ever hear about around here, like it is some magic elixir.

What is needed is more commitment and clear focus. It's the ECF, for eff's sake. You should be able to play with anybody by now.

Bad lines is the ultimately poor excuse.

While I agree with you on their intensity and it's not where it should be, saying that they should be able to play with anyone by now is just simply not true. Gaborik on a line with Feds and Prust isn't going to do anything...

We were playing best in the beginning of the season and middle of the season with the GAS line and Richie playing with Cally. The first line hasn't been that effective this series, so why not a shake up? It worked for the Devs in game 4 with Parise and whoever was on his line. We need to spread the talent again, because we don't have enough scoring right now. Something needs to be done.

How about:

Kreider - Richards - Hagelin
AA - Stepan - Gaborik
Dubinsky - Boyle - Callahan
Feds/Zuke - Rupp/Mitchell - Prust

???

Not enough sandpaper??? Probably not for Worshippers of The Big Grind I would presume
1st 3 lines get similar ES minutes, 4th lines with 8 minutes or so (3 shifts per period)...
Maybe playing with another speedster in Kreider ( they tried it before and it looked promising) gets Hagelin going and reuniting Dubinsky and Callahan sparks Cally for some more potent offensive output?
The GAS line looked very good on and off throughout the season too...
I dunno...

Last I saw was an interview posted on BSU on 5/12 saying he was "couple of weeks" away.

I get the feeling Tortorella hasn't shaken up the lines.

Has Hagelin played a professional game on the right-side? He's a leftie and is listed a as a left-winger. I don't think you can just put him on the right side and expect positive results.

I agree about reuniting the GAS line. Callahan can play the right side of Richards and Kreider. This team has too many lefties and too many converted centers. Would love to pick up a top six right-handed shot in the off-season.
