Just ****ing garbage play. I want the Rangers to simply attack in the offensive zone.
Key to this series: forecheck the devils back and fire shots from the blue line that result in deflections/crashing the net.
I know Tortorella talks about the learning process of being a winner, but honestly, this is the 3rd straight game 4 where this squad showed no killer instict whatsoever. That first period was inexcuseable. Its a damn tough way to win when the intensity level can only be matched when your team is just as desperate as the opposition.
Theres plenty to complain about, but the simple argument is this teams playoff run is going to end if they dont get more out of, in order, Gaborik, Callahan, and Richards this series.
Parise - Two goals and an assist. He should have been watching the game with Prust. It's funny how in the Pre game show they showed a closeup of the hit by Parise on Del Soto. They couldn't find it when the game was on. Just the Prust elbow was shown 20 times.
I know it gets said a lot but the extreme highs and lows after wins and loses by our fanbase is pretty hilarious. Some of you guys should look into medicating

Probably not, but it's amazingly disconcerting from a Devils standpoint that they played their butts off in game 3 and got shutout and game 4 took a complete collapse from the team including Lundqvist for them to win with not a very convincing score (minus the empty netter).
I don't even feel that sad lol. Because this always happens! Seriously, at least they're predictable. As long as they keep winning odd numbered games, I'll survive. It's f*n maddening, but I'll survive.
